FF Yoga begins in August!

FOUR WEEKS:  Tuesdays @ 7:30pm

Yoga is a practice that is open to all ages and abilities. 

Students of all levels are invited to join this 4 week yoga class, including new students and especially anyone who has never been on a yoga mat!

This will be a highly instructional based class that will include variations to increase or modify the intensity of poses.  New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. This non-flowing class will focus on quality body alignment and mindfulness including breath work. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level. This all levels class offers health benefits for all ages and fitness levels.

Open to members and non-members, beginners and advanced.  Bring your own mat or use one provided by Functional Fitness!  Are you looking to improve your strength, flexibility, balance?  Want to learn to focus your attention inward to create a more balanced and centered life?  This is a great opportunity to do so!
