What sets Functional Fitness apart from other gyms?

Functional Fitness programming has evolved over the 13 years our doors have been open. We don't limit ourselves to one implement or style of training. Instead we incorporate age and level appropriate weight training, power production, mobility, and lateral movement to enhance athletes across all sports.

What does this cost?

Group Athlete Training runs all summer & is 2 payments of $229.

4 Weeks: June 2 - June 27

No Training June 30 - July 4

5 Weeks: July 7 - August 8

Our pricing is for 8 weeks, so you're gifted 1 week free! This will allow for missed sessions due to travel or sports!

Who is coaching the group?

Trevor and Holden will tag-team the small group athlete training this year. If your athlete fits better with semi-private scheduling, the coach who is scheduled during the training session will coach: Trevor, Holden or Alexis!

What's required before we join?

Before anybody trains with us - including athletes - we take them through a movement assessment. This shows us limitations & areas to be aware of throughout training.

What's the commitment?

We are 100% committed to our athletes & we ask our athletes to do the same. This doesn't mean we don't allow missed sessions, it means our athlete program requires a summer commitment.

Summer 2025 athlete training kicks off June 2 - if this doesn't coincide with your school schedule, please reach out so we can set accommodations.

Athlete training ends the week of Fall sports. If you're not in a fall sport, we'd love to discuss continuing training through the fall!
