Experts are calling this trend a “male friendship recession,” as many men are finding it harder to maintain strong social connections compared to past generations. Friendships that once thrived through shared activities or regular meetups seem to be dwindling, leaving many feeling isolated. In fact, only 27% of men today report having six or more close friends, a significant drop from previous decades.
Enter The Forged Brotherhood by Functional Fitness.
While many social gatherings revolve around alcohol and sedentary activities, our goal is to provide an outlet for movement, connection & personal growth.
Male friendships are often forged through shared experiences and time spent together.
It’s important for us to engage in activities with other men—whether it’s playing a sport, visiting a gun range, taking up martial arts, or trying out a survival school. The goal is to create healthier men with plenty of opportunities to connect with local men who have similar interests. By participating in an environment of friendly competition—we naturally build bonds that can grow into genuine friendships.
Monthly Goodies: Each month, we'll be focusing on improving our physical fitness (you get a program to follow), personal development (different focuses along the way) & improving your nutrition with tips & challenges

Current Training members get access for FREE.
Current 24hr Members will switch their current membership to The Forged Brotherhood. This includes a training program to follow, sauna access & all other perks that come with the Forged Brotherhood.
Non-Members are encouraged to join The Forged Brotherhood to get access to the group, 24hr access to the gym, programming to follow, sauna access and all the perks that come with the Forged Brotherhood.
Formally, the group will meet weekly for a group workout. Discussion will happen throughout and after to build camaraderie with a focus on personal development.
Not at all! The Forged Brotherhood is for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Workouts are written to be scaled to help accommodate different training experience and goals.
You are not required to join the quarterly events. All members of The Forged Brotherhood will be invited to join, but not obligated to participate. Pick and choose what you can commit to!
