We're requiring weekly body compositions, so we can help you modify actions in order to get you the best results over the 40 days.
These readings tell you more than simply stepping on a regular scale >> the print out breaks down your muscle, fat & body fat percentage! We like tracking this over time to make sure numbers are trending in the right direction.
Our coaches will help you read your results & work with you to adjust nutrition, if needed, to help keep things moving in the right direction!
Whether you don't have time to cook or just don't enjoy it, we're bringing back our partnership with Well Made Meal Prep.
Their fresh cooked, portion-controlled meals are the perfect option to help you stay on track without spending hours in the kitchen meal planning, prepping & cooking.

In the past, we've had some participants fall off on check-ins & stop answering us. We spend lots of time trying to track them down, taking away from those of you who are truly committed.
If you skip 3 days of check-ins or stop responding to coach messages, you will be removed from the program so focus can be put toward participants who are fully committed to the challenge.
Yes, we want you to complete your check-ins daily, but that doesn't mean you have to be 100% compliant with your daily actions. We KNOW that is not a sustainable approach.
But, this is also a challenge... so we're upping the requirement to 90% compliant over the course of the 40 days.
This gives you a goal of 216 / 240 >> 24 chances to say no & still hit the goal!

We've built in a way for you to earn extra credit to buy you some more "no" check-ins throughout the challenge.

Team Training is our coached (not follow along) group training.
This is a great option for individuals without injury wanting to maximize their lunch break. In and out in just 45 minutes - complete with a coached warm-up, explanation, coaching & workout!
REDWOOD FALLS SCHEDULE: M-F AT NOON ONLY
SPRINGFIELD SCHEDULE: TUES/THURS AT 6AM
We use the GymMaster app so you can reserve your spot & limit space to 12 participants. This allows the coach to adequately coach each participant into the right position.
Semi-Private Training is our version of personal training. It provides you with a personalized program, flexible scheduling, and a group of up to 6 individuals to help support you & build community along the way.
Each workout is delivered in our FF Coach app where you can also record your weights & track your progress.
While we've found the participants who train in-person are much more committed throughout the challenge by building relationships with the coaches & other training folks, we understand that our hours and location may not accommodate everybody's needs.
Our basic challenge includes 24 hour access to Functional Fitness as well as a M-F program to follow on your own.
The program allows you to rearrange the workouts to match your training days. Each exercise has a demonstration video, place to record weights used as well as a spot to leave a comment for the coach.
Yes, the programming is "on-your-own" but you'll still have access to our coaches to help answer questions & help you find success.
Our upgraded challenge includes 24 hour access to Functional Fitness as well as a personalized program to follow on your own.
Our coaches will meet with you to take you through a movement screen. This screen allows the to gather information on your goals as well as your movement patterns to create the perfect program to get you started toward your goals!

I started at Functional Fitness to simply be healthier for my children. What I found was a community (that as corny as it sounds) roots for your wins with you, challenges you to meet your goals and EDUCATES you along the way. Some of the things I learned incorrectly from home workouts are finally being set into place.
