We're bringing YOGA back with a brand new coach. Ashley is a believer that yoga is not only a great exercise, but it is also great for healing the mind, body and soul.
People today are so busy with everything. Stressed out. They forget to take care of themselves. Yoga can be not only a great exercise but it can be healing as well.
- what to expect
The best description of this class would be Power Yoga. New and experienced yoga students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses. This class will focus on quality body alignment and mindfulness including breath work. Everyone will work to his or her own ability and comfort level. This all levels class offers health benefits for all ages and fitness levels.

Open to members of Functional Fitness as well as other members of the Redwood area and surrounding community, beginners and advanced alike. Bring your own mat or use one provided by Functional Fitness!
