Here are all the products I recommend to my clients. I thoroughly research each company I recommend because my client’s health depends on it. The supplement world is full of garbage and sometimes its difficult to weed through the trash. I have done the research and give you my word these are some of the absolute best products on the internet.
Remember, supplements are added to a healthy diet. If you don’t have your diet figured out yet, save your time, money, and energy for buying quality foods.
I don’t recommend many supplements, just a few basics. I am currently a proud partner of pro/grade and Greens+ and only because these products are SUPERIOR to anything on the market.
Essential Fatty Acids — Krill Oil
*If you only have money for one supplement, this is your choice. If you are not eating contaminate free fish on a bi-weekly basis this is where you need to start. If you are taking fish oil, SWITCH. Krill has been proven superior and more bioavailable. That means you need less and absorb more. Click the link to read about the numerous benefits.
Workout Nutrition
*Workout nutrition is a gray area for me. Not EVERYONE needs workout drinks. Most people don’t work out hard enough to require a workout drink. Athletes, bodybuilders, and extreme fat loss clients should really look into a quality one. If you are just trying to lose a few pounds, don’t waste your money. Just make sure never to workout on an empty stomach and eat within an hour after your workout. If you can’t get in good nutrition before you workout, now a good workout drink will help with progress. If you are on the fence, shoot me a message, explain your situation, and I will give you an honest opinion whether or not you should invest.
Protein Powder
*Most people I work with are not getting enough quality protein in their diets. Protein powders are a great way to add protein to shakes or oatmeal. They are portable and convenient. Most protein powders are just that, protein. Greens+ now adds veggies to your protein (not acutal veggies but a powder). Now, you get your protein and veggies at the same time. Now there are not excuses to eating your veggies and getting in quality protein.
Greens+ Whey Protein
Whey Protein
- 100% New Zealand Free-range Whey Protein Isolate
-
Certified Hormone, Antibiotic and Lactose-free
*One daily serving of Whey Protein Greens Plus delivers 18-20g of biologically complete protein, the nutritional equivalent of more than two full servings of fresh fruit and vegetables, and the essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes need for peak performance
Multivitamin
*I only recommend WHOLE FOOD multivitamins. If you are attempting to lose a significant amount of weight loss this can be a good insurance policy because as you lose fat you release the toxins stored within and having the additional resources from the multi can help. Also, if you want to make sure you are covering your bases these are great choices.

Greens Supplement
*Life is busy. Eating enough vegetables and fruits can be hard. Enter Greens+ to save the day. 5 servings of fruits and vegetables in each scoop. If you are buying protein too, get the greens+ and protein combined, it just makes sense. If you just want some greens to add to your daily regimen this is your choice.

I alternate weights with short cardio mixed in and weights only. I rest between each, so I am exercising every other day. I want to tone and lose fat. I’m eating really healthy, but I don’t know if I’m getting in adequate protein on my workout days. I was looking into prograde protein to use before workout and prograde recovery after workout. I also take athletic greens. I can’t afford all of it so I was wondering what would be the most beneficial for me?
If you goal is to lose fat don’t worry about pro/grade workout. After your workout within 30-60min have a serving of whey protein only.
