Opinions on supplementation
  • Here is the thing.

    I usually work out in the morning, and I take whey protein, together with oat flakes and a fruit (usually banana) pre-workout (to take this before the workout is the recommendation of my nutritionist). I also add creatine, glutamine, BCAA and casein in the mix (and this is on me). I add casein because, I as have a very stressful routine, it is not every day that I cannot afford to eat every three hours (even though I try). So, I suppose having some casein in the morning helps me get a decent amount of protein for a few hours, until at least lunch time.

    I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
