Lynn Pietig started training with Functional Fitness with the 2015 Fall Transformation Challenge.  She came in having already been moving and working out on her own.  Admittedly, she was just going through the motions as she went through her routine on her own.  Her goal wasn’t necessarily fat loss, despite joining the “Transformation Challenge.”

As Lynn continued on through her programming, she was surprised at how the programming met her where she was and helped take her to the next level of training.  Lynn has worked very hard to build her strength up enough to deadlift over 200 pounds.  It’s been fun to see her journey from August 2015 to 2015.
