It’s not a story about numbers, losing significant weight or overcoming illness. Shari didn’t come to us looking to lose a bunch of weight. Her journey has been different – it has been all about learning to eat to properly fuel her body and to be a good role model for her kids. Parents looking to present nutrition without using the word “diet” can all relate to this struggle. Shari has been training with Functional Fitness since the beginning — finally after the Fall Transformation Challenge in 2013, the eating habits finally stuck. Despite busy months where training took the back seat, Shari was able to keep her nutrition on point and improve her body composition!
